State Rep. Jason Ortitay will host a town hall meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday to address flooding last weekend in an area of McDonald and Cecil Township near the Southern Beltway construction project. A preliminary report from the state Department of Environmental Protection found that there were problems with erosion and sedimentation control measures at the construction site. The area has seen repeated flooding during heavy rains.
